13. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Roxy Xero is not responsible for packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered that are subsequently stolen, lost, or misplaced after delivery, except where otherwise required by law.

Customers experiencing legitimate problems with an order are encouraged to contact Roxy Xero before initiating a payment dispute.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROXY XERO'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR TRANSACTION WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO ROXY XERO FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

26. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

Any mandatory consumer rights regarding jurisdiction or venue remain unaffected.

The remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

31. NO WAIVER
